Bitumax Industries Sdn Bhd (BITUMAX) is a manufacturer of all kinds of bituminous products such as anti corrosion materials for the protection of steel pipes (oil & gas and water pipelines), waterproofing, road construction, oxidized bitumen and many other products for industrial application. It was incorporated on 22 February 2003 and supported by a team of management and technical staff with the capacity, capability and technical experience to support the industry both locally in Malaysia and the overseas market. As a result of this, BITUMAX is in a position to offer its customers a service level and product quality that is second to none. Its comprehensive Quality Management System was the result of this commitment to quality and customer service. To further enhance its standing as a top-notched market player, its Quality Management System was duly certified to ISO 9001:2000 standards on 24 March 2004 by Det Norske Veritas (DNV) and was upgraded to ISO 9001:2015 on 05 March 2019. Its plant is strategically located on a 4 acres industrial site at the Bentong IIB Industrial Estate in the state of Pahang of Malaysia. Kuala Lumpur the federal capital and central hub of commercial activities; Port Klang, the country’s premier seaport and gateway to international trade; and Kuantan, Pahang’s state capital, commercial hub and seaport for the Peninsula Malaysian eastern corridor are all within easy access.
