Pusat Latihan & Kemahiran Bestari (PLKB) was established in 2007 as a Professional Training and Skills School approved by the Ministry of Education Malaysia (IPS SRJ-JZ5B013). It has since grown to become a leading centre for Professional Development amongst adult learners and school leavers, delivering quality education to students. At Pusat Latihan dan Kemahiran Bestari (PLKB) we help our students to become self-sufficient, resourceful and entrepreneurial, by providing a challenging and supportive education environment. Being a student at PLKB is not just about coming away with a piece of paper or a list of results. It’s about getting real experience through our practical courses.
