YAL Bulk Packing Services Sdn. Bhd. (“YAL”), a provider for warehousing and fertilizer handling was incorporated in 1982 by its founder, late YAP AH LIP. YAL started its business by renting the warehouse from third party to store the goods imported by the customers. In 1989, through YAL Enterprise Sdn. Bhd. it purchased its first warehouse. This enabled YAL to increase the storage space to meet its customers’ requirement. To date, YAL warehouses are located at Northport, Port Klang, with the total storage capacity for about 350,000 sq. ft. Our services have expanded to not only include warehousing of fertilizer received in bulk cargo but also transporting fertilizers in both bulk and bags from the port, to the warehouse, mixing and rebagging of fertilizers and transportation of fertilizers to the customers’ clients. YAL operates through 2 warehouses, which are wholly owned by its related companies, YAL Enterprise Sdn. Bhd. and Headwind Property Sdn. Bhd. and 2 warehouses acting as a contractor for the provision of management and services to its customer.
