We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Executive to handle daily accounting tasks, ensure accurate financial records, and support the finance team in maintaining smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set or partial accounts
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate records
• Assist in monthly financial closing and reporting
• Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties (e.g. auditors, vendors)
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Support ad hoc finance and administrative tasks

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–3 years of accounting experience (fresh grads may be considered)
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Preferred Skills

• Experience with accounting systems (e.g. SQL, AutoCount, QuickBooks)
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
