* Handle daily accounting tasks: data entry, invoicing, payments

* Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting

* Support bank reconciliation and accounts receivable/payable management

* Maintain accounting records and document archiving

* Assist with audit preparation and liaise with auditors

* Perform other finance/administrative duties as assigned


Requirements:

* Diploma or degree in Accounting/Finance (current students or recent graduates welcome)

* Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements

* Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL/UBS/AutoCount preferred

* Detail-oriented, responsible, capable of independent work and team collaboration

* 2 years of full-cycle accounting experience preferred


工作内容:

* 处理日常会计事务:数据输入、发票、付款

* 协助月结与财务报表

* 协助银行对账、应收/应付账款

* 维护会计文件与资料归档

* 协助审计准备并与审计师对接

* 主管交办的其他财务/行政工作


岗位要求:

* 会计/金融相关专业文凭或学位(在读、应届毕业可)

* 基本会计原理与财务报表知识

* 熟悉Excel;会 SQL / UBS / AutoCount 优先

* 细心、有责任感、能独立及团队合作

* 有2年全盘账经验者优先
