• Oversee the accounting department's daily operations and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Manage the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports for management review.
• Supervise the month-end closing process, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate tax reporting and audits.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in financial reporting, audit, and reconciliations
