- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Understand client needs and propose appropriate products or service solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., finance, operations, logistics) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management review
