1. Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Handle full-set accounts including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and supporting schedules for review.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.

2. Project & Revenue Accounting (IT SI Environment)

• Monitor project costing, revenue recognition (progressive billing / milestone billing), and margin tracking.
• Reconcile project revenue against contracts, DOs, invoices, and completion status.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations to ensure billing accuracy and cost allocation.

3. Accounts Receivable & Payable Oversight

• Review AR aging and follow up on outstanding collections.
• Verify supplier invoices against PO and project documentation.
• Oversee payment schedules and cash flow planning.

4. Compliance & Audit

• Prepare audit schedules and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretary.
• Ensure compliance with SST, corporate tax requirements, and statutory submissions.

5. Process Improvement

• Improve accounting workflow and internal controls.
• Assist in system implementation or enhancement (ERP/accounting system).

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in IT system integrator / project-based / service industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition for project-based contracts.
• Proficient in accounting software (Autocount) and Microsoft Excel.
