Accountant

Requirements: 
1.Bachelor degree or higher in finance related field, familiar with US GAAP, with approximately 2 years of financial work experience in cross border enterprises and experience in leading a team.
2. Excellent communicated skills, strong logical analysis abilities, and data sensitivity. Proficient in summarizing and reviewing work.
2.Proficient in office and Google applications, capable of using English as the primary working language. Knowledge of Chinese is an additional advantage.

Details:
1.Assist the Group accounting SSC in establishing operations from scratch which primarily includes but is not limited to the handover of accounts among various regions of the group and the subsequent submission and review of monthly closing data from each region at the group consolidation level.
2.Compiling transactions into standardized statements (e.g., Balance Sheets, Profit and Loss, and Cash Flow) that reflect the company's fiscal standing.
3.Proficient in using the Oracle Fusion system for accounting processes, mainly including modules such as fixed assets, procurement, intercompany accounting and general accounting.
4.Highly skilled in using Office and Google application, adept at utilizing various software and systems to complete the processing, integration, analysis and review of financial data.
5.Able to allocate team resources effectively, streamline and continuously improve the SSC processes, and strive for maximum efficiency within a given time.
6.Based on daily work content and consideration of the situations of other team members, assist the LM in establishing a set of standardized accounting SSC processes in the form of SOPs.
7.Able to communicate fluently in English to maintain good communication with global departments.
8.Reviewing financial documents for discrepancies, internal errors, or fraud to ensure adherence to standard accounting frameworks.
9. Perform other temporary tasks as assigned
