Job Description

Job Summary


The Administrative Officer provides day-to-day

administrative support including sales & operational support, accounting

support and general office administration. This position is suitable for fresh

graduates or junior candidates who are organised, detail-oriented, with strong

IT skills and willing to learn in an SME environment.


Key Responsibilities


1. Sales & Operational Support

·      Prepare quotations, sales orders, delivery orders, and invoices

·      Update customer and sales records accurately

·      Assist in order processing and coordination with internal teams

·      Print stock labels, tag products and update stock records

·      Support basic customer enquiries related to documentation and order status

 

2. Accounting Support

·      Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers

·      Perform data entry for accounting records and expenses

·      Maintain proper filing of accounting documents (physical & digital)

·      Support bank-in records and petty cash tracking

·      Assist with month-end documentation and coordination with external accountant

 

3. General Office Administration

·      Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries

·      Manage filing, scanning, and documentation

·      Assist in collection and receiving of delivered products

·      Assist staff claims preparation

·      Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned


Requirements


1.    Diploma in Business Administration or Accounting with two to three years working experience in a similar role. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

2.    Proficient in basic IT skills including accounting software, office productivity tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, email) and a willingness to learn new systems

3.    Possesses basic communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

4.    Demonstrates good organisational skills with strong attention to detail

5.    Team-oriented with a cooperative and positive working attitude
