Position: Sales Admin Assistant

Location: Taguig City

Salary Offer: Php20,000 - Php25,000

Work Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM

Work Set Up: Work on site

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in any related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Sales admin.
• Experience with an ERP (QuickBooks, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
• Amendable to work as soon as possible.
• Amendable to attend Face to Face interview.

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Process product returns, warranty claims, and repair orders.
• Work with technical, logistics, and sales teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and service activities in a CRM or other system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
