Description

• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
• Manage onboarding and point of contact for building management
• Assist in data entry for accounting software
• Maintain filing systems and organize documents.

Requirements:

• Able to start immediately or within short notice is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word / Excel/ PowerPoint)
• Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage
• Detail-oriented, organized, responsible.
• Strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Preferably with related working experience; fresh graduates are welcome
• Able to handle general administrative tasks, data entry, and document filing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying demands.
• Candidate must be able to work independently, self motivated and discipline
