Job Description

  • Provide technical assistance and support to customers post-purchase.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to products and services.
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and provide product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to address complex issues and improve product performance.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain records of issues and resolutions.


Requirements:

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science)
  • Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in a technical support or related role
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with potential remote support duties
