Air Condition Technician

Requirements:

- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and/or Mandarin.

- Possess SKM certificate or Diploma in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration/Mechanical Engineering.

- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in Air Conditioning System service and maintenance.

- Skills required: Basic electronic/electrical knowledge, general maintenance service, troubleshooting machinery problems.

- Possession of a valid GDL license is advantageous.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Able to adhere to job schedules.

- Location: Puchong, Damansara, Shah Alam, Bangsar, Bangi, Setapak, Senawang

Responsibilities:

- Service, inspect, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems such as FCU, ACSU, AHU, WCPU, VRV/VRF, Cooling Tower, Chiller, CHWP, CWP & Ventilation systems.

- Repair or replace defective components to restore system functionality.

- Proficient in balancing air and water treatment systems according to HVAC protocols.

- Maintain accurate records of work performed.

- Communicate professionally with clients, explain procedures, and offer recommendations.

- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

- Identify maintenance risks and diagnose faults.

- Keep daily logs and records.

- Adhere to service standards and customer requirements.

- Demonstrate high responsibility, discipline, punctuality, and attention to detail.

- Work independently or in a team.
