岗位职责：
1、负责公司Android端应用的开发和日常迭代，保障高质量交付；
2、主导优化现有应用架构、基础框架和组件化设计，提升应用性能和用户体验；
3、持续改进移动端的关键性能指标，如加载速度、稳定性和内存占用，确保应用在不同设备上的流畅性；
4、能快速定位并解决开发过程中的疑难问题，确保高效迭代和问题解决；
5、指导初中级开发人员，帮助团队提升整体技术水平；
6、紧密配合产品经理、设计师和后端团队，推动新功能从原型到上线的全流程开发。
岗位要求：
1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，2年以上移动开发经验，具备完整 App 开发和上线经验；
2、熟悉Android 平台，精通Kotlin & Java，具备Flutter开发经验者优先；
3、深厚的计算机基础，熟悉数据结构、算法和网络协议，并能够灵活运用；
4、在性能优化、内存管理、UI 绘制优化等方面有实际经验，注重代码质量和性能；
5、具备优秀的系统设计能力，能够独立设计并实现复杂系统的模块化架构；
6、良好的沟通和团队协作能力，具备较强的责任心和执行力；
加分项：
1、具备 Flutter 开发经验者优先；
2、有大型项目开发经验，参与过核心架构设计或开源项目贡献者优先。
