RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Prepare drawings related to KM, landscape, and architecture.

- Prepare layout proposal drawing and 3D rendering

- Prepare technical reports, calculation, specifications, and bill of quantities

- Attend consultant meeting, site meeting, and site inspection

- Liaise with government agency for submission approval

- Liaise with clients and contractors for project execution

- Adhere to the best practices, standards and procedures of the company

- Any ad-hoc tasks that may be needed or assigned by Management from time to time

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor/ Master of Science in Architecture (Part II)

- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, 3D Rendering software (e.g. Revit, Google SketchUp, etc.)

- Good in both written and spoken English and Malay

- Possess driving license and able to drive

- Be adaptable and work independently coupled with good interpersonal and collaboration skills

- Self-motivated, diligent and team player quality to achieve common goals

- Able to plan, organise, and manage multiple activities

- Able to work outstation, perform under pressure, and deliver projects and tasks on time

- Professional, proper etiquette, patient, and enthusiastic

- Attendance/ Punctuality - Arrives at works and meetings appointments on time
