CRM & Automation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Zoho expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Zoho platform and will be responsible for optimizing, managing, and setting up campaigns, and ensuring our clients can leverage all the powerful features of Zoho to grow their businesses.

• Customize funnels, set up automation sequences, and configure integrations to meet various business requirements.
• Provide training and support to clients, empowering them to utilize the platform effectively.
• Monitor platform performance and generate reports on key metrics to inform business decisions.
• Stay updated with Zoho updates and new features to continuously improve our service offering.
• Proven experience as a Zoho specialist, with in-depth knowledge of the platform's capabilities.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation principles.
• Ability to create and optimize sales funnels and lead nurturing processes.
• Familiarity with the technical aspects of setting up and managing SaaS products.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to conduct training sessions and create clear, user-friendly documentation.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other marketing tools and integrations commonly used with Zoho.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for customizing client portals and landing pages.
