Responsibilities

• Oversee overall system operations and maintenance to ensure the stability of the cryptocurrency exchange platform
• Ensure 24/7 stable operation of core systems including matching engine, market data, order management, and asset management
• Troubleshoot system issues and handle production incidents under high concurrency and peak market conditions
• Manage deployment, monitoring, and optimization of servers, networks, databases, and middleware
• Establish and maintain monitoring, alerting, emergency response plans, and incident post-mortem processes
• Collaborate with development teams to execute system releases, canary deployments, and rollbacks

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Linux operations experience, preferably in financial or trading systems
• Expertise in Linux with the ability to independently diagnose CPU, memory, I/O, and network issues
• Proficient in TCP/IP, HTTP, and WebSocket protocols; familiarity with Nginx and LVS
• Experience with microservices architectures such as Spring Cloud, Dubbo, or gRPC
• Skilled in MySQL, Redis (Cluster/Sentinel), and message queues (Kafka or RocketMQ)
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments
• Prior experience in operating high-concurrency systems or cryptocurrency exchanges is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and respond to urgent issues during market volatility
