1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited institution, with over 3 years of backend development experience and hands-on involvement in designing and implementing DEX aggregators.

2. Strong programming fundamentals, proficient in Node.js; Golang development experience is a plus.

3. Familiar with interaction workflows across major blockchain ecosystems such as EVM, Solana, Sui, Ton, Tron, etc.; proficient in EVM smart contracts, with Solana contract experience preferred.

4. Solid foundation in data structures and algorithms.

5. Proficient in at least one major relational database (e.g., MySQL), with a clear understanding of its core principles and mechanisms; strong SQL writing and optimization skills.

6. Familiar with NoSQL databases such as Redis and MongoDB, understanding their fundamental principles and mechanisms.

7. High standards for code quality and development practices; effective communication and teamwork skills to ensure timely delivery; strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and capacity to work under pressure.
