Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Baker to join our production team. The Baker will be responsible for preparing, shaping, baking, and finishing bakery products according to company standards. This role requires attention to detail, good teamwork, cleanliness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients, dough, fillings, toppings, and bakery items according to recipes and SOPs.

Assist in daily bakery production, including mixing, shaping, proofing, baking, cooling, decorating, and packing.

Ensure all products meet company standards for taste, size, appearance, and quality.

Follow the daily production plan and complete assigned tasks on time.

Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and proper storage of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products.

Check product quality during production and report any issues to the supervisor or Head Baker.

Follow food safety, kitchen safety, and company operational procedures.

Support different kitchen stations when needed, such as oven, shaping, cold processing, mixing, filling, or Danish pastry production.

Work closely with team members to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.

Job Requirements

Passionate about bakery products and food production, with a positive working attitude.

Honest, sincere, responsible, punctual, hardworking, and willing to grow with the company.

Previous bakery or kitchen experience is preferred, but candidates with a good attitude and willingness to learn are also welcome.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle pressure, and stand for long hours.

Good attention to detail, product quality, food hygiene, and kitchen safety.

Able to work as part of a team and follow instructions.

Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
