• Lead the bar team in delivering exceptional, personalised guest experiences that reflect true luxury hospitality
• Design and execute a creative, seasonal cocktail program, incorporating local ingredients and global trends
• Ensure all beverages are prepared and presented to the highest quality and consistency standards
• Create a warm, engaging atmosphere at the bar, especially in guest-facing and interactive environments
• Manage all bar operations including inventory, cost control, ordering, and supplier relationships
• Maintain a bar that is impeccably clean, organised, and compliant with all hygiene and safety standards
• Train, mentor, and inspire the bar team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning
• Collaborate closely with restaurant and kitchen teams to deliver a seamless food and beverage experience
• Handle cash and credit transactions and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously evolving the bar concept and offerings

What we need from you

• Proven experience as a Mixologist or Senior Bartender, ideally in a luxury hotel or high-end bar
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a bar environment
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and global mixology trends
• Creativity and a passion for developing innovative beverage concepts
• Excellent communication skills — warm, engaging, and confident with guests
• Strong organisational and financial awareness (cost control, stock management)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Compliance with local laws on alcohol service and food safety
• Fluency in English is required
• Professional appearance and a commitment to grooming and hygiene standards
