About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development and Sales Lead to drive major client acquisition for our overseas OTC, cross-border payments, VCC/virtual card, and Web3 acquiring (digital currency acquiring) businesses across Asia and globally. This role requires strategic client expansion, tailored solution delivery, and a proactive approach to developing and maintaining long-term business partnerships.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the development and acquisition of key clients for OTC, cross-border payment, VCC/virtual card (including corporate cards and ad spend), and Web3 acquiring (digital currency) services across Asia and other global markets.
  2. Develop client expansion strategies in line with company sales targets, deliver on performance metrics, and craft specific plans for key account growth and retention.
  3. Deliver customized service solutions based on client needs and company product features. Communicate product information, build and maintain strong client relationships, and ensure comprehensive client service delivery.
  4. Drive business development by meeting clients offline and leveraging personal and industry resources. Collect and organize client requirements for integration into the company’s proprietary systems, reporting directly to senior management.

  • 通过线下拜访客户以及利用个人和行业资源来推动业务发展。收集并整理客户需求,将其整合至公司自有系统中,并直接向高级管理层汇报。


Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above. International study experience is a strong advantage.
  2. Deep familiarity with the digital currency OTC market and cross-border payments landscape; strong market insight, risk identification, and management skills; at least three years of relevant experience. Experience with Web3 is a plus.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English for professional use. Demonstrates composure and reliability under pressure.
  4. Proven track record in building and leveraging industry networks, with significant experience in major client development.
  5. 本科及以上学历。有海外留学经历者优先考虑。

  8. 拥有建立和利用行业人脉网络的可靠记录,并在大客户开发方面具有丰富经验。
