Key Responsibilities:

• Nail Care Services: Perform professional classic/gel manicures and pedicures, including trimming, shaping, cuticle care.
• Nail Enhancements: Apply gel extensions, nail art, and polish according to client preferences Offer nail care services. [1, 2]
• Client Consultation: Consult with clients to understand their needs, recommend nail styles, and promote retail boutique products Conduct consultations with clients.
• Hygiene & Sanitation: Strictly adhere to Malaysian health and safety standards by sterilizing tools, maintaining clean workstations, and sanitizing equipment after every use Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Salon Support: Assist with scheduling appointments, managing client records, and maintaining a welcoming boutique atmosphere Scheduling appointments.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in a nail salon or boutique Minimum of 2 years previous experience.
• Skills: Strong understanding of nail techniques, impeccable attention to detail, and a creative eye for nail art.
• Soft Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills in Malay, English, and/or Chinese.
