Description
- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Assist customers with currency exchange transactions and provide information on services offered.
- Monitor financial activities and support branch revenue targets.
- Resolve customer complaints and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of currency exchange processes.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
