Responsibilities

• Analyze market data and develop targeted sales strategies to grow the SILVER, GOLD, and PLATINUM customer segments.
• Maintain a deep and up-to-date understanding of the company’s products and service offerings.Travel within the assigned territory to meet with existing clients and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Build, strengthen, and maintain solid long-term business relationships.
• Prepare pricing proposals, credit terms, and complete sales contracts for confirmed orders.
• Submit regular activity reports and sales plans for the designated territory.
• Actively participate in intensive sales training and ongoing skills development programs.
• Comply with all expectations and guidelines outlined in the company’s Sales Policy.
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements

• 3–5 years of successful sales experience within the freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation industry.
• Experience working with CMS systems.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of transportation logistics and freight forwarding operations.
• Strong knowledge of proven sales techniques and best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Highly detail oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks, and committed to meeting deadlines.
• Self driven, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
