Key Responsibility：

1.Site Expansion – Find the Right Place to Grow

- Scout for mall/shoplot locations with high potential foot traffic

- Research competitors’ estimated sales and understand commercial hotspots

- Lead negotiations with leasing teams to secure the best terms (rent, fit-out period）

- Secure LOO (Letter of Offer) to lock in prime sites

2.Franchise Sales – Attract the Right Investors

- Source leads from online and offline for high-potential franchise partners

- Host pitching to explain our business model to potential investors

- Conduct 1-on-1 meetings to build trust and close deals

- Convert interest into investment, from funding to signing

- Maintain strong, long-term investor relationships with regular updates

3.Project Management

- Coordinate new shop renovation and procurement to ensure the shop opening aligns with the target timeline.

- Liaise with designers and main contractors to manage budgets; conduct quotation comparisons to select the most cost-effective partners.

- Monitor construction progress to ensure the main contractor strictly adheres to brand identity (VI) and quality standards.

Job Requirements

- Malaysian Only

- 2 year Experience in Business Development(Deal with leasing, Sales Pitching, Renovation Management in F&B/retail campaigns)

- Own Transport Needed to site survey

- Outgoing and Not shy to deal with investor
