Main Responsibilities

- Collaborate with global marketing, technical, operations, and community teams to develop and drive the execution of the company’s international business expansion strategy.

- Lead strategic partnership negotiations and relationship implementation with the global Web3 ecosystem (including but not limited to public blockchains, leading protocols, investment institutions, media, and KOLs), expanding use cases and revenue streams.

- Act as the company’s international ambassador by regularly participating in global industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to build and maintain a high-value international network, enhancing the brand’s global influence.

- Oversee localized market development in key regions by identifying and engaging core local resources and partners to facilitate business deployment.

Basic Requirements

- Native-level proficiency in English with a clear accent, capable of conducting in-depth business negotiations, public speaking, and cross-cultural team collaboration without barriers.

- Thorough understanding of Western business etiquette and communication styles, demonstrating confident, open, and efficient “international” communication manner, quickly establishing trust and rapport with overseas teams and partners.

Professional Skills:

- Deep understanding and passion for Web3, DeFi, and the blockchain ecosystem, with the ability to conduct strategic thinking based on industry trends.

- Excellent business negotiation, interpersonal, and resource integration skills, with at least 2 years of business development or ecosystem partnership experience targeting international markets.

- Extensive experience participating in international events, able to represent the company professionally on the global stage.

Additional Qualifications (Strong Plus)

- Broad and deep network of relationships with decision-makers in global public blockchains, investment institutions, and project teams.

- Multiple successful partnership cases led with top-tier international public blockchains or ecosystem projects.

- Experience in investment project analysis or access to high-quality investment channels.

- Based overseas (preferably in Web3 hubs such as Europe, North America, or Singapore), or able to travel internationally frequently.
