Role

• Lead business development efforts in the region and expand international markets
• Connect with partners, trading communities, and event organizers
• Support brand visibility, user acquisition, and strategic expansion
• Coordinate with our global team on campaigns and initiatives
• Expand token listing cooperation resources and promote the listing of quality local projects on the exchange.
• Assist the exchange in acquiring new consumer-driven growth and boosting trading activity.
• Achieve the KPIs set by the company and your direct manager. (KPIs will include clear targets tied to business performance and regional growth)

您的职责

• 区域业务拓展工作，并拓展国际市场。
• 与合作伙伴、交易社区和活动组织者建立联系。
• 支持品牌知名度提升、用户获取和战略扩张。
• 与我们的全球团队协调开展各项活动和计划。
• 拓展项目合作资源，并推动优质本地项目在交易所上线。
• 协助交易所获取新的消费者驱动型增长，并提升交易活跃度。
• 完成公司和您的直属经理设定的关键绩效指标 (KPI)。（KPI 将包含与业务绩效和区域增长相关的明确目标。）

经验要求：

• 有交易所直接的合约商务经验
• 有跟单业务实操经验
• 直接的高净值客户群体资源
