Job description:
- Leading a taskforce for new business, better management and organization aiming sustainable growth in accordance with the Company priority.
- Assist in recruiting, educate, train, supervise and conduct the employee performance programs.
- Work alongside the management to tactically plan valuable HR changes and work on implementing them.
- Build, maintain and develop good relations with government, related companies and/or agencies for priority and core business of the Company.
Requirements:
- Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Human Resource/ Business Administration/ Marketing or any related.
- At least 2*-3 years* of experience in Recruitment/ Business Development/ Marketing.
- Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.
