Main Responsibilities

- Collaborate with global marketing, technical, operations, and community teams to develop and drive the execution of the company’s international business expansion strategy.

- Lead strategic partnership negotiations and relationship implementation with the global Web3 ecosystem (including but not limited to public blockchains, leading protocols, investment institutions, media, and KOLs) to expand use cases and revenue streams. As the company’s international ambassador, frequently participate in global industry summits, seminars, and networking events to build and maintain a high-value international network and enhance the brand’s global influence.

- Oversee localization and expansion in key regional markets by identifying and engaging core local resources and partners to drive business execution.

Basic Requirements

- Native-level English proficiency with a neutral accent, able to conduct in-depth business negotiations, deliver public presentations, and collaborate seamlessly with cross-cultural teams.

- Deep understanding of Western business etiquette and communication styles, with a confident, open, and effective “international” communication presence, capable of quickly building trust and rapport with overseas teams and partners.

Professional Skills:

- Profound understanding of and passion for the Web3, DeFi, and blockchain ecosystems, with the ability to think strategically based on industry trends.

- Excellent business negotiation, interpersonal, and resource integration skills, with at least 2 years of business development or ecosystem partnership experience in international markets.

- Extensive experience in international events, able to professionally represent the company on the global stage.

Additional Qualifications (Strong Plus):

- Extensive and deep network among global public blockchain decision-makers, investment institutions, and project teams.

- Proven track record of leading successful partnerships with Tier-1 international blockchains or ecosystem projects.

- Experience in investment project analysis or access to high-quality investment channels.

- Based overseas (preferably in Web3 hubs such as Europe, North America, or Singapore), or able to travel internationally on a frequent basis.
