招聘岗位：收银员 (Cashier)
岗位简介
作为品牌与客户沟通的第一线，我们正在寻找一位细心、负责且具备良好服务意识的收银伙伴。你将负责日常结账、协助外送订单管理，并为顾客提供热情的进店指引。
主要职责
高效结账：准确执行现金、银行卡及各类电子支付（如 GrabPay, Touch 'n Go 等）的操作，确保账目清晰。
平台对接：负责外送平台（GrabFood, Foodpanda, ShopeeFood）订单的接单监控与核对，协调出餐顺序。
客户服务：热情接待到店顾客，耐心解答关于菜单或当日推荐的询问，处理基础的客诉或反馈。
对账管理：每日班前班后的收银台清点，配合管理层完成日报统计，确保收支无误。
环境维护：保持收银区域及前台的整洁与卫生。
任职要求
基本素质：诚实守信，具有极强的责任心和对数字的敏感度。
沟通能力：普通话流利，若能使用基础英文或马来语进行日常沟通者优先。
工作态度：具备抗压能力，能在用餐高峰期保持冷静与高效，拥有良好的团队协作精神。
经验背景：有餐饮业收银或外送平台操作经验者优先，欢迎学习能力强的应届生。
形象气质：举止得体，亲和力强。
