Job Description

•  Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation and portion control.
• Organise and manage the assigned kitchen station or section.
• Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic working environment.
• Follow all food-safety, sanitation and kitchen procedures.
• Monitor ingredient levels and assist with inventory control and stock rotation.
• Minimise food waste and use ingredients responsibly.
• Coordinate with other kitchen sections to ensure orders are completed on time.
• Guide and train junior kitchen team members where required.
• Support the Head Chef in maintaining smooth daily kitchen operations.
