Job Description
- Reports directly to the Lead childcare teacher (LCT), then to the OH
- Complies with standards, procedures, rules and regulations indicated in the Employee Handbook as well as that of the Partner Company.
- Assists LCT in planning of Activity Plans and preparing of activities/ events guided by the principles of developmentally appropriate practice
- Implements, with LCT, approved Activity Plans and facilitates learning among children.
- Complies with the required standard processes such as liquidation reports, daily logs, monthly attendance report and endorsements, etc.
- Attends regular check-in meetings and trainings as required by relevant department
- Helps the child care personnel and childcare assistant in facilitating learning among children.
- Accepting SHS Graduate (New Curriculum) given that the candidate has experience in teaching/tutoring kids.
- Has at least 1 year of work experience related to childcare.
- Willing to work on a required shift, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on business needs.
- Willing to work on-site in Ortigas Center, Pasig, 1605 Metro Manila,
