Claims Assistant

• Assist in processing claims and ensuring all required documentation is collected.
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather relevant information.
• Maintain accurate records of claims and follow up on pending issues.
• Support the claims processing team by performing administrative tasks as needed.
• Participate in training sessions to remain updated on company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Finance).
• Fresh Graduate or relevant internship experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Office environment with standard working hours.
• Willing to accept contractual employment for 6 months
