Group Insurance Specialist (Billing)

Job description:

First Life Insurance is a trusted and established life insurance company committed to providing innovative financial protection solutions and excellent customer service to individuals and corporate clients nationwide. We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Group Insurance Associate (Billing) to join our growing team and support our group insurance operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or any related field
• With at least 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in the insurance industry, preferably from a life insurance company or brokerage firm
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent interpersonal, customer handling, and communication skills
• Able to coordinate effectively with clients, internal teams, and service providers
• Strong attention to detail with good written and verbal communication abilities
• Capable of handling multiple administrative and client servicing tasks in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and send policy-related communications to corporate and individual clients
• Handle various client servicing concerns including billing inquiries, renewals, policy updates, cancellations, underwriting requirements, and coverage confirmations
• Coordinate medical examination schedules and follow through on underwriting requirements
• Process and monitor transmittal of checks, policy documents, healthcare cards, and other related requirements
• Respond promptly and professionally to client concerns and requests
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of servicing transactions
• Work closely with different departments and external providers to support policy administration and client satisfaction
