- Process and review insurance claims in a timely manner.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary documentation.
- Analyze claims data to identify trends and discrepancies.
- Collaborate with adjusters and other staff to resolve claims issues.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all claims activities.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with occasional remote work flexibility.
