About the role:

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Robotics & Coding Teacher to join our campus. In this role, you will not only introduce students to programming and robotics through engaging lessons, but also train and mentor students for robotics and coding competitions, nurturing their technical skills, teamwork, and resilience in competitive environments.


Job Responsibilities:

• Teach and conduct coding, STEM, and technology-related classes and programmes.

• Develop and curate curriculum resources aligned with competition standards and real- world applications.

• Train, coach, and prepare students for robotics and coding competitions, including strategy, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

• Design competition-focused projects that simulate real contest challenges and time constraints.

• Mentor and groom students students into passionate and curious individuals in technology

• Facilitate an inclusive and collaborative classroom environment that encourages experimentation and resilience.

• Provide constructive feedback on students’ technical progress, competition readiness, and skill development.

• Engage with parents to communicate student progress and competition participation.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Teaching Supervisor.


Job Specification:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, Computing, Technology, or STEM-related fields.

• Strong interest in robotics competitions, coding challenges, or STEM contests.

• Candidates with experience in training students for competitions or participation in robotics competitions are strongly preferred.

• Passion for teaching programming, robotics, and STEM-related subjects.

• Enjoy working with children and mentoring young learners.

• Patient, approachable, and able to motivate students in both learning and competitive\ settings.

• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with parents.

• Professional in appearance, communication, and conduct.

• Energetic, proactive, and a strong team player.

• Fresh graduates with competition exposure are welcome to apply.

Working hour:

  • Monday: off
  • Tuesday to Friday: 2pm to 8pm
  • Saturday and Sunday: 9:30am to 8:00pm
