Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Coding & Robotics Instructor to join our campus. You will introduce students to programming and robotics through engaging, hands-on learning experiences, while also preparing them for competitions and real-world problem solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging lessons in coding and robotics
  • Train and prepare students for coding and robotics competitions
  • Provide coaching on competition strategies, problem-solving, and project execution
  • Facilitate hands-on projects and real-world applications
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and collaborative classroom environment
  • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Organize and oversee coding clubs, hackathons, and robotics competitions
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in coding, robotics, and competitive STEM education


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience participating in or coaching coding/robotics competitions (required)
  • Fresh graduates with strong competition backgrounds are encouraged to apply
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C, or C++
  • Familiarity with robotics platforms (e.g., Arduino, LEGO Mindstorms)
  • Strong communication and coaching skills
  • Passion for mentoring students and driving high performance

Working Hours

  • Monday: Off
  • Tuesday – Friday: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM
