Responsibilities

  • Oversee the company’s judicial, arbitration, and legal affairs to ensure business compliance and controlled risk.
  • Collaborate with regional judicial bodies, arbitration institutions, and partner law firms to establish and maintain a robust legal network.
  • Lead or support arbitration proceedings, including contract disputes, commercial conflicts, and other exchange-related legal matters.
  • Provide legal counsel to the business team, supporting exchange operations, risk management, compliance, and strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor global judicial and arbitration developments, delivering early warnings and response strategies to the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Law.
  • 3–5 years of legal experience in an exchange or internet finance environment.
  • Proven arbitration experience, with a solid understanding of arbitration procedures and award enforcement.
  • Experience interfacing with judicial authorities; candidates with established law firm resources or cooperation channels are preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of blockchain and digital asset regulations, with a clear grasp of exchange business models.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong cross-departmental collaboration ability, and proven problem-solving capabilities.
