• Supervise daily site work and ensure quality, progress, and safety.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Check drawings and ensure works follow specifications.
• Prepare basic site documents and daily reports.
• Assist in material ordering and manpower arrangement.
• Report site issues to the Project Manager.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of site supervision experience (or relevant background).
• Basic knowledge of construction work and materials.
• Able to read drawings.
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently.
• Basic computer skills.
• Own transport and willing to work at project site.
