岗位名称：高级内容策略
【岗位职责】
1. 负责品牌社媒平台（国内及国外）的日常内容策划与发布执行
2. 结合平台热点与品牌调性，策划品牌相关互动话题、内容系列与传播节点
3. 跟踪各平台内容数据表现，定期输出分析报告，持续优化内容方向与发布策略
4. 配合设计组完成社媒物料的需求沟通与上线跟进，确保内容与视觉高度协同
5. 维护社媒账号日常互动，提升用户粘性与品牌好感度，独立负责内容方向策划与选题体系搭建，有可量化的内容产出目标（如涨粉/互动率）
6. 熟练运用AI工具辅助选题策划、文案撰写与数据分析，提升内容产出效率
【任职要求】
1. 本科及以上学历，至少1年社媒运营或内容运营相关工作经验
2. 熟悉国内外等主流平台的内容逻辑与算法规则
3. 对娱乐热点、网络梗文化高度敏感，具备将热点转化为品牌内容的能力
4. 文案表达能力强，风格活泼自然，能快速产出符合平台调性的内容
5. 数据意识强，能通过数据反馈独立判断内容方向并推动调整
6. 有成人内容、泛娱乐或订阅制媒体平台相关从业经验者优先
7. 熟悉或愿意深度使用AI工具，具备用AI提效的主动意识
