- Civil, Structure, architecture, Infrastructure, renovation, M&E,
- 负责项目成本估算和预算编制
- 进行成本控制、成本分析以及相关报告的编写
- 协助项目经理进行合同管理及变更处理
- 与项目团队和供应商沟通，确保成本控制目标的实现
- 参与现场成本核算和实际成本的跟踪
要求
- 教育资格: 本科及以上，土木工程、建筑学或相关专业
- 经验水平: 3-5年相关工作经验
- 技能与能力: 精通土木、建筑和机电系统知识
- 责任和义务: 具备良好的成本分析和控制能力
- 品质与特征: 具备团队合作意识与良好的沟通能力
