BASIC FUNCTION:

Responsible for monitoring accounts receivable, processing credit/receivable memos, and ensuring accurate recording, reconciliation, and collection of company receivables.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintains and updates accounts receivable records and files.

• Supports collection efforts by coordinating follow-ups on outstanding accounts.

• Records and documents daily collection activities.

• Reviews and analyzes billing disputes and discrepancies for resolution.

• Performs reconciliation of accounts and payments to ensure accuracy of records.

• Identifies delinquent accounts and coordinates with concerned units for proper action or external collection if necessary.

• Assists in the processing of credit and receivable adjustments and memos.

• Performs other related duties as may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
