- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Document and track customer interactions in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum Diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in customer service roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English and Mandarin, strong problem-solving abilities, excellent interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers, resolve inquiries, and maintain satisfaction.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require shift work.
- Qualities and Traits: Team player with a strong work ethic, adaptable, and customer-focused.
