給与：RM 7,000 ～ RM 8,800 + KPIボーナス
勤務時間：主に平日オフィス時間／新卒応募可能
クラウドセキュリティ営業（クアラルンプール）
給与：RM 12,000以上

Responsibilities
- 日本のお客様からの問い合わせ（電話・メール・チャット）への対応
- 製品やサービスに関する問題解決・トラブルシューティング
- 社内チームとの連携による迅速な課題解決と顧客満足度の向上
- 顧客データの管理および対応履歴の入力・レポート作成
- -（営業ポジションの場合）日本市場向けの新規クライアント開拓および関係構築
