Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions professionally

• Assist customers with account-related inquiries, billing concerns, subscriptions, and service requests

• Provide accurate information regarding products and services

• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining professionalism and empathy

• Troubleshoot basic service-related issues when necessary

• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the system

• Meet performance metrics including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction

• Follow company policies and compliance standards at all times

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 6 months international voice BPO experience

• Open to HS Graduate (old curriculum) or SHS Graduate (new curriculum)

• Strong English communication and customer service skills

• Willing to work onsite in IT Park, Cebu City

• Must be available to start on June 10, 15, 17, or 29, 2026

• Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
