OPEN FOR JANUARY 2026 INTAKE

Role: Customer Service (Bahasa & English Speaker) Location: Johor Bahru Type: 2-Year Contract (renewable yearly) Basic Salary: RM 1,900 - RM 2,100 + Additional Allowances Provided Working Days: Monday to Sunday (6 days work, 1 day off; rotational) Working Hours: Rotational Shift Language Requirement: English & Malay Intake Date: 19th January 2026

Eligibility: Fresh Graduates or SPM Leavers encouraged to apply

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer incoming calls including email and chat in a timely manner.
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Keep the customer’s privacy and protect customer information.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Handle simple to difficult inquiries in a given span of time.
  • Provide accurate information and excellent customer service.
  • Research required information using available resources.


Requirements:

  • Open for SPM Leaver & Fresh Graduate
  • Completed with SPM Certificate
  • Good Communication in English & Bahasa
