Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are looking for a resilient, highly motivated, and target-driven individual to join our team as an Outbound Caller. If you possess excellent communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy meeting challenges head-on, we want to hear from you.

Location: Bandar Botanic, Klang, Selangor.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Weekends off)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls.
• Engage with prospects effectively to generate interest and achieve daily/monthly performance targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all calls and update the customer database diligently.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor while handling objections and navigating high-pressure situations.

Requirements:

• High Stress Tolerance: Ability to remain focused and productive in a high-pressure, target-oriented environment.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, professional, and persuasive tone.
• Strong emotional resilience and a positive mindset when handling rejections.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales or customer service.
• Proficiency in English and Malay is preferred.
