Customer Service (Mandarin Speaker – Taiwan Market)

Job Scope: Handle customer service matters and liaise with Taiwan market
Location: Sunway Visio Tower , Kuala Lumpur Sentral Malaysia.

Salary Package
Total Salary*: RM3,800/month
Overtime Allowance:* Provided

Job Details
- Shows empathy by listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; and provide solution based on SOP to improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain deep understand of standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure highest and most accurate form of support.
- This position requires to attend customer inquiry through live chats, emails & phone calls.

• Minimum SPM qualification (must pass BM and Sejarah)
• Fluent in Mandarin and able to read/write in Traditional Chinese
• Must be able to start on 18 August 2025
• Willing to work on a rotational shift basis
