Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To act as Liaison between customers and sales team to handle both pre-sales and post sales service function.
  • To manage tender submission including documentation and administrative tasks.
  • Sales coordination tasks including order processing, prepare quotations and etc.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction and relationship.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints/inquiries via email or phone in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Handle department order processing and related operation tasks.
  • Coordinate, analyze and improve customer service functions to meet company goals.
  • Manage database of customer sales order and invoicing records.
  • Assist in marketing activities and inventory control maintenance.
  • Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Science, Biochemistry, Food Science, Biotechnology, Medical Bioscience, Business Administration or any other related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years working experience in related field. 
  • Proficient in English and Malay.
  • Able to work independently, multi-tasking with minimum supervision.
  • Possess good communications skill and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office.
